Why can’t KFC get home delivery right?

I hate writing this, I love KFC. However, they are awful at home delivery. It arrives cold, soggy and nowhere near as good.

Which is a shame because KFC in restaurant tastes very good.

Why? I don’t know. I’m not a food journalist, go ask one of those!
